The project explores the potential of a modular housing system through a multifamily residential configuration. Organized around a flexible structural grid, the project demonstrates how a single module can generate diverse dwelling types, shared amenities, and vibrant communal spaces. The façade is expressed through a rhythm of prefabricated metal frames that define terraces, provide depth and shading, and establish a strong architectural identity. The warm metallic materiality emphasizes the modular logic while creating a dynamic interplay of light, shadow, and landscape, resulting in a contemporary residential environment that balances density, adaptability, and quality of life.
