Roberto Vargas is a licensed architectural designer based in Berlin/Barcelona, currently working as an architect for Henn Architecture. He holds a master's degree in Robotics and Advanced Construction + Thesis from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), Barcelona. 
Throughout his professional journey, Roberto has cultivated a multidisciplinary approach, fostering collaborations with both academic and industry leaders. This approach has allowed him to broaden his expertise in various domains, including communication, research, computer vision, robotic fabrication, machine learning, parametric design, and circular design. From the outset of his architectural career in Costa Rica, he has remained steadfast in his commitment to harnessing the transformative potential of sustainable and technological solutions in the built environment.
His passion for reducing the environmental consequences of the construction industry has led him to receive several awards in architectural design, construction technology studies, and environmental innovation. His curiosity and passion for connecting different fields of knowledge have augmented his interest in projects that generate true societal impact.
